Master and Community Planning
Develop Five-Year Master Plans with long-range facilities needs analyses. Work with local governmental agencies to complete Dwelling Units Analyses for use in the augmentation of LEA eligibility. Advocate for school site designation in Specific Plans and Community Plans. Coordinate future planning and development issues with City and County Planning Departments. Assist Districts with the assessment of developer fees.
